Village Manor provides a full spectrum of long and short term nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and social services as well as therapuetic recreation programs.

Village Manor provides twenty-four (24) hour around the clock nursing care. Our team of professionals works with your physician to maintain the residents' highest practical level of independence. Our nurses evaluate the individual needs on a daily basis and update the plan of care to reach the resident's optimal goal. The rate at which goals will be achieved will be dependant upon the degree of active participation by all parties invovled. Our team of nursing professionals are committed to assisting all participants in reaching and maintaining established goals. Our staff is educated on an ongoing basis to meet the requirements of an ever changing healthcare environment. Village Manor provides a comprehensive rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy through our fully licensed / credentialed professional staff. The success of the rehabilitation program is due to the systematic approach utilized by the rehabilitation department.

Village Manor provides a range of high and low intensity therapy to assist with optimal recovery. Our rehabilitative professionals will develop a scheduled training program designed particularly for your recovery towards optimal independence. With commitment and determination, Village Manor staff will assist with meeting short and long term goals. 

Physical Therapy -

Our Physical Therapy staff seeks to restore residents to their highest possible level of musculoskeletal functioning through a process of evaluation and individualized therapeutic treatment programs.

Occupational Therapy -

Our Occupational Therapy staff enhances the ability of residents to function by acquiring skills for optimum independence through individualized therapeutic activities, adaptive tasks and environmental modification.

Speech Therapy -

Our Speech-Language Pathology Staff evaluates communication as well as swallowing dysfunction and develops individualized treatment plans to address functional ability and promote optimal environmental interaction.

Village Manor takes pride in its dietary services. We provide breakfast, lunch, and supper meals as well as nutritional snacks, served with a smile. Residents may choose from our Daily Menu Selection and reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure residents’ have a nutritious meal provided three times a day. A monthly theme meal is also offered. Our dietary staff is trained to recognize personal dietary needs and assist with any preparation necessary for a pleasurable dinning experience. Our on staff Dietician addresses special diet needs or diet changes to ensure optimal nutritional status of our residents. Residents may choose to eat in the dining room or in their own rooms. Meals are served restaurant style, in the dining room, by experienced and courteous wait staff. Also, in our dining room, every effort is made to seat residents with similar interests at the same table to encourage conversation.

At Village Manor the Calendar is always full. Our staff organizes activities that will spark your interests and keep you active. Our calendar of events is posted on the website and all family and friends are invited to any of these programs. We believe the presence of family and friends is a very vital aspect of the success of our therapeutic recreational programs. Our therapeutic recreation program includes specific plans to meet the individual needs of our residents, including one-on-one programs to assist residents who need specialized attention for various reasons in order to maintain an optimal sense of well-being. Volunteers — Village Manor has a dedicated volunteer program. Most of our volunteers are from the local community and are eager to help in anyway possible adding to the family and community atmosphere. We also have volunteers from the Senior Companion Program, Project Genesis, and the local Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) as well.
